CBCs Elloitte Friedman shocked me when he mentioned during the popular "After 40 Minutes" segment on HNIC that the Calgary Flames have offered their three first round picks in the June 30th draft. Friedge reported that Patrick Roy and Joe Sakic said thanks, but no thanks

Seriously though, the last thing Calgary needs to be doing is trading three first round picks for one, value or not. Their entire organization is weak everywhere.
Colorado does not need quantity, they need the quality coming their way with one of the top 4 picks this year. No way Roy moves past #4... |
